WE PLAYED ROCKPALAST!!! What an awesome day! We started the day with a meeting in Cologne with the owner of our label and his wife. Thanks very much! We went to a proper Cologne Bierhaus and ate just about the equivilant of an entire pig between us. Then it was off to Harmonie for the Crossroads Festival. We loaded in to the venue with a bunch of people helping out. Nice to see a proper stage with great lighting in a cool venue.

The sound onstage was great and we knew we were going to be in for a big night on TV. After sound check we did an interview for WDR TV station and played ‘Too Much’ semi-acoustically. I say semi as Mike played through a marshall baby stack, you know the kind that runs off a 9V battery.

Interview over and we go to meet the other band on the bill ‘The Delta Saints’. What a great band, I suggest you check them out. It was nice to talk to some fellow natively english speaking people too. At 8:30pm we got the call to head down to the stage door and get ready to play. We smashed out an hour and twenty of our best. The band was really on tonight and we cant wait for you all to see it on TV in November. Check out a clip here –

Benon also took another stack of rad photos again and we finished up the night by thanking all that had put the event on. Great crew, great management, just good cricket all round!
